芸術と精神の交差点

天海の城美術館は、水墨画家・曹亜鋼氏の作品を中心に、芸術を通じた国際的な交流と精神の探求を目的として設立されました。ここは、芸術を鑑賞する場であり、心を整える「静の空間」。人と文化、感性と精神が交わる、特別な場所です。

■ 常設展示

館内では、曹亜鋼氏の代表作をはじめとする水墨作品を常設展示しています。静けさの中で作品と対話し、心の奥に響く感性に触れてください。また、小室哲哉氏によるピアノ曲と連動した映像作品など、視覚と聴覚が融合する新しい芸術体験もご提供しています。

水墨画家。中国生まれ。伝統と革新が響き合う筆致で、富士山・桜・日本の美を独自の視点で表現。天海の城との協働により、「北緯33度線」をテーマとした国際芸術交流を推進している。代表作：《永遠の富士山》《印象Nippon》《夢の桜街道》

Gallery — Where Art and Spirit Meet

The Tenkainoshiro Museum was founded to promote international artistic exchange and spiritual exploration through the works of ink painter Cao Yagang. This is a space for art appreciation and inner stillness — where people, culture, and sensibility converge.

■ Permanent Exhibition

The museum features a permanent collection of ink works by Cao Yagang, including his most celebrated series. In the quiet of the gallery, let the works speak directly to something deep within you.

Also on display: visual works created in collaboration with pianist Tetsuya Komuro, where image and sound unite in a new form of artistic experience.

■ About the Artist — Cao Yagang

Ink painter. Born in China. With a brushstroke that bridges tradition and innovation, Cao Yagang captures the beauty of Mount Fuji, cherry blossoms, and the Japanese spirit through a uniquely personal lens. In collaboration with Tenkainoshiro, he leads an international arts exchange program themed around the 33rd parallel. Major works: Eternal Fuji, Impression Nippon, Dream Sakura Road.
