Privilege Usage Guide
A dedicated reservation desk for members holding Privileges. Stays, Japanese cultural experiences, island travel, artworks and special programmes can be booked with Privileges.
How it works
- 1Sign in with your member number (or e-mail address) and password.
- 2Choose what you would like and when; the number of Privileges needed is shown and taken from the Privileges you hold.
- 3The VIP desk will contact you to confirm. After use, the Privileges used become invalid.
WAIKI programs may be enjoyed using Privileges. Design your own time for deeper quiet, learning, and reflection.

Membership rules
Information
- • Privileges may be used only within their validity period.
- • All experiences require advance reservation. Program details, dates, or group size may be adjusted depending on weather, safety, transport conditions, or the availability of partner operators.
- • Zazen, breathwork, meditation, yoga and related programmes are arranged individually, depending on the availability of instructors.
- • Artwork redemption, special experiences, and corporate hosting or title sponsorship are arranged individually according to contract terms, artwork availability, and operating conditions.
- • Helicopter services are special experiences operated by partner aviation companies. Required Privileges or service details may change depending on guest numbers, operating conditions, or fare revisions.
- • Listed services and Privilege requirements are indicative. Final details will be confirmed individually at the time of use.
