How to buy

Card and wallet payments: on the artwork page, choose “Proceed to checkout”. You pay and enter the delivery address on the secure page of our payment provider Stripe (an external site). A confirmation e-mail is sent once payment is complete.

Bank transfer: on the artwork page, choose “Bank transfer or questions”. We will e-mail you our bank details and the total amount. The work is shipped after we confirm your payment (prepayment only; transfer fees are paid by the customer).

Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed by Stripe)

Bank transfer (prepayment)

Card and wallet payments are charged when you order. Payment takes place on Stripe’s SSL-encrypted page; this website never receives your card details.

Prices shown include Japanese consumption tax (10%).

Shipping

Shipping within Japan is free.

Dispatch: about 10 days after your order (for bank transfer, after we confirm payment), depending on stock.

We also ship outside Japan. International shipping is quoted separately, so please contact us before buying. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer.

Returns and exchanges

If the work you receive differs from your order, or is damaged or soiled (including damage in transit), we will accept a return or exchange.

We cannot accept returns for reasons of personal preference, items received more than 7 days earlier, or works that have been hung or used by the customer.

Please contact info@tenkainoshiro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the reason for the return and photographs of any damage. After checking, we will refund or exchange the work.

Refunds are made to the card or bank account used for payment within 5–10 business days.
